These LIVE  classes meet outdoors in a spacious area doing Chi Gong warm-ups, refining an easy Five Element T'ai Chi form together and deepening in the principles of this Taoist moving meditation with a group of like-minded classmates. 

 

Start your week off by cultivating a variety of tools for grounding, centering, and balance during these times through mindful movement practices.  There will be a blend of gentle Chi Gong exercises, an easy T'ai Chi sequence, guided meditations, and energy meridian massage points.  These various resources will support building vital life-force CHI, help keep your immune system strong, and emotions balanced. Exercises will be geared toward releasing stress and cultivating clear, balanced & flowing vital energy.  Our T'ai Chi form will be an easy FIVE-ELEMENT sequence that will be very translatable in  either LIVE classes or live Zoom Video format. A handout and two u-tube video will be provided so that you can practice on your own outside of our weekly class time.  This series is open to anyone who wants to join us.
