Cultivate a variety of tools for grounding, centering and balance during these times through mindful movement practices. There will be a blend of gentle Chi Gong exercises, an easy T'ai Chi sequence, guided meditations, and energy massage meridian points to do on yourself. These various resources will support building vital life-force CHI and help keep your immune system strong. Exercises will be geared toward releasing stress and cultivating clear, balanced & flowing vital energy. Our T'ai Chi form will be an easy FIVE-ELEMENT sequence that will be very translatable in this live Zoom Video format. A handout and a u-tube video will be provided so that you can practice on your own outside of our weekly class time. (If local folks are interested, one of our classes will be a live spacious outdoor class at an agreed upon time with masks and a lot of physical distancing in Hillsborough NC.)
Cost: $150 for the series (can be paid in installments) $50 Deposit to hold your space. This series will be open to 15 student max.-
