This experiential interactive class will guide us through many important exercises and tools to strengthen and vitalize the immune system. We will focus on the body's key players in our protection system: The Bone Marrow where Immune cells originate; The Thymus endocrine gland where

"T-cells" are matured and trained for immune defense; The Lymphatics system and lymph nodes.  This class will blend tools from Polarity Therapy, Chinese Medicine (Chi Gong & Chinese Meridians), Brain Gym, and Kundalini Yoga. Participants will come away with tangible tools and a more embodied sense of their amazing immune system!  Each participant will receive a class handout with a list of exercises.

Student Feedback from Zoom previous on-line class:

"JaniceMarie’s strong ability to re-language anatomy and physiology in ways that support a healthier body, view and planet is inspiring. Rich multi-leveled content. Accessible, easy to follow. Highly pertinent for current conditions.   A great way to utilize two hours, learned so much I can share with my clients.  This was a jewel of a training."

"I loved this class.  The integration of integrative medicine research (endocrinology, immunology, neuroscience, etc.); with movement and self-massage practices from Chinese medicine and other systems. So well done; easy to follow; well-paced; paradigm-shifting.  I've been a practitioner drawing from the same stream for decades and I learned a lot!"

" A good reminder during these changing times that we have lots of excellent tools at hand.  The instructor is very knowledgable bringing all the tools together in a synthesis of different approaches."
