Experiential Practicum & Supervision:
Project Client Experience

ZOOM CLASS

Over my 30 years of Polarity Therapy teaching & guided supervision,  this "Project Client" experience has proven time and again to be the most fruitful activity to support students & practitioners to deepen, integrate, and ripen in the Polarity Therapy model. This experiential process synthesizes all the skills needed to be proficient and confident Polarity Therapy practitioners. Participants will season, stretch and grow in their clinical skills under guidance, input, and affirmation from my many years of experience teaching and supervising Somatic Energy Healing/ Polarity Therapy with the Tree of Life Center in North Carolina. Applying the Polarity Therapy paradigm with real-life tangible client situations is invaluable within a confidential, supportive group container of like-minded peers.

Each student/practitioner will:

  • Customize pertinent goals & intentions;

  • Reflect & acknowledge what skills and resources they bring to this experience.

  • Identify areas to grow in as practitioners.

  • practice sessions over several months.

  • Complete & hand in confidential written session summaries.

  • Initiate supervision time outside of class with the instructor and peers.

  • Present a final 30-minute case history summary of your Polarity Therapy project client experience.

A variety of sample forms to record this clinical experience will be provided & include Intake, consent, session records, and client feedback forms. Class time will cover pertinent supervision and clinical applications within the polarity therapy model and may include: Communication & therapeutic processing skills; Ethical situations that arise;  Evaluation skills; Practitioner neutral skills;  Energetic table-work protocols indications; Energic tracking & tracing applications; Session pacing;  Integration and deepening of Theory;  Implementation of resource building, grounding & centering tools; Integration of energy exercises & Energetic nutrition when applicable.

~38-40 Training hours over 5 months

~Students will do 10 Polarity Therapy sessions with the same practice client over several months.
