This Professional 225-235 hour
2 - 2 1/2 days per month LIVE. (Fri.- Sat. full days & some 1/2 days on Thur. or Sun.) There will be an online ZOOM class 2-3 hrs. per month to be determined by the group.
We will have a variety of Health-safety protocols in place due to the close-up nature of our table work

Total Cost: $3,600
Application fee $100
Deposit of $350 due Feb. 1, 2024

Prerequisites: Intro to Polarity Therapy -1 & Intro to the Chakras & Elements -2
with Tree of Life Center to make sure we are all a good fit for one another.

175 Live hours of On-Site & On-Line training

18 full days and 5 half days of Live training in Hillsborough, NC area. - 153 total live in-person classroom hours

8 meetings for 2.5 hours per month Live on Zoom - (20 classroom hours total spread out over the program)

15-20 Hours of pre-recorded Tree of Life Center Theory and experiential videos to supplement class topics

3 hours of Phone guidance and feedback one-on-one with an instructor

2 hours of Peer guidance and feedback

1 Year Student Membership in the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA)

Receiving 5-7 Professional Polarity Therapy sessions for yourself

Access to a Bodywork Table and a suitable space to practice out-of-class tablework sessions.
Required Out-of-class time for students will include:

Reading, journaling, and experiential exercises to integrate class topics.

Giving 30-35 practice client sessions applying energy maps learned in class

Receiving 5-7 personal professional Polarity Therapy sessions.

CREDENTIALS:
When students fulfill all the completed program requirements, they will receive an official TLC transcript to apply with the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) as an Associate in Polarity Principles (APP) level as well as Energy Principles Practitioner (EPP) Certificate with the International Polarity Education Alliance (IPEA). These professional organizations grant the right to use these designations. Academic hours in this training exceed the APTA's APP level of 155 hrs. All extra hours will be applied toward the Registered in Polarity Practitioner RPP educational level which we divide into 2 separate segments for a total of 520 hours with 440 classroom hours.
The American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) is our National Organization that sets the Standards for Education, Practice, and Teaching of this holistic modality. Students enrolling in this program receive APTA Membership free for one year. Note: Each State has different statutes regarding rights to touch and practice as a profession. Students residing in North Carolina who do not have an NC License to touch as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist LMBT are required to be active members of APTA, our national organization, and earn their BCPP in order to be exempt from the NC Massage and Bodywork statutes set forth in the Rules and Guidelines at this time.
