Cultivate a variety of tools for grounding, centering and balance during our continued pandemic through mindful movement practices. Start your week off with a blend of gentle Chi Gong exercises, an easy T'ai Chi sequence, guided meditations, and energy massage meridian points to do on yourself.  These various resources will support building our vital life-force CHI and help keep our immune system strong. Testimonial from a student in our Spring class series:

"I am just finishing up an 8 week Tai Chi/Chi Gong on line course with Janice Marie Durand.  I would never have imagined that this course could happen on line, but there were about 10 of us participating and all of us reported feeling really comfortable with the form by session 7.  This is a wonderful resource in our community during these challenging and hopefully transformational COVID times. The form is beautiful and learnable.  The movement meditation helps to bring a wonderful quality of relaxation and openness that is so relieving and balancing, particularly at this time we are moving through.  The form is based in five element theory, which informs much acupuncture practice.  As you are doing the form, you are actually giving yourself an acupuncture treatment."  IL
