​The cells in our body are living and breathing; Like the lungs, they have their own unique cellular respiration and exchange. Dr. Stone’s experience was that a high percentage of pains felt in the body are imbalances of trapped pockets of gases and improper oxidation on the cellular level. We'll learn a variety of his GAS RELEASING techniques to address these cellular stagnations to help restore the free flow of vital energy through a series of movement exercises and a variety of tablework touch tools. We'll learn the three poles of the Air Principle, work with the respiratory diaphragm, the brachial plexus via the scapula, harmonic zone chart points, and three specific vertebrae on the spine. This class pulls together a variety of energy maps we've studied throughout our training, from the vantage point of cellular respiration.
