Training Content ~ This advanced interactive class will include: Palpation skills; a deeper understanding of the Sacrum- "The Sacred Bone of commitment."; Gentle Movement exercises, and energetic Polarity Tablework to bring the Sacrum & Pelvis into balance. We will learn how to determine if there is a short leg side and its relationship with the sacral wedge between the pelvic ears/Ilia bones. We will be relating to the “original matrix’ of wholeness and inherent health in the system based on the comprehensive Polarity Therapy healing model of Dr. Randolf Stone, D.O., with roots in the old original Osteopathic traditions. He referred to the sacrum as the place in the body where the "vital reserves" are stored.
