T'ai Chi & Chi Gong Series

Live Webinar 8 week series

Mondays, 10 am-12 pm

Cultivate a variety of tools for grounding, centering and balance during this uncertain time of COVID-19 through mindful movement practices.  There will be a blend of gentle Chi Gong exercises, an easy T'ai Chi sequence, guided meditations, and energy massage meridian points to do on yourself.  These various resources will support building our vital life-force CHI and help keep our immune system strong. Exercises will be geared toward releasing stress and cultivating clear, balanced & flowing vital energy.  Our T'ai Chi form will be an easy FIVE-ELEMENT sequence that will be very translatable in this live Zoom Video format. A handout and a video will be provided so that you can practice on your own outside of our weekly class time.

Cost: This class will be offered on a sliding scale/donation basis. No one will be turned away.  The regular cost of this series is $125.
