This series class has evloved into a 1-2 x's a month LIVE practice class outdoors in a spacious area doing Chi Gong warm ups, practicing our form together and deepening in the principles of this Taoist moving meditation.
Start your week off by Cultivating a variety of tools for grounding, centering, and balance during these times through mindful movement practices. There will be a blend of gentle Chi Gong exercises, an easy T'ai Chi sequence, guided meditations, and energy meridian massage points. These various resources will support building vital life-force CHI, help keep your immune system strong, and emotions balanced. Exercises will be geared toward releasing stress and cultivating clear, balanced & flowing vital energy. Our T'ai Chi form will be an easy FIVE-ELEMENT sequence that will be very translatable in this live Zoom Video format. A handout and a u-tube video will be provided so that you can practice on your own outside of our weekly class time. This series is open to anyone who has previously learned the Five- Element form with me or for folks who take The Intro to T'ai Chi - 5 Element class.
Cost: $120 for each series
(can be paid in installments)
